Made from lightweight, single-piece injected thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) plastic, the Trek is highly flexible, so it’ll bend for any kind of outdoor adventure or can be easily packed and stored while on the way to adventure. But it’s also exceptionally durable and solid, capable of withstanding all kinds of bending and flexing.
But now for the style. Virtually everything that makes Vans Vans is recreated here, from the iconic silhouette to the easy slip-on, slip-off style. The classic checkerboard style is reproduced on the top and sides of the shoes with punched-out square holes, which also allow for breathability and water drainage. After a long day in the water or scrambling through mud, all you have to do is rinse these bad boys off and you’re good to go.
And the style extends to the sole as well, with the broad base and reverse waffle design enabling increased grip and traction on slippery surfaces or while scrambling around on rocks.
